BOOKING FEE POLICY
BAM HAIR is pretty special. We are a small local salon with a limited number of appointments available, and many of our appointment times are in high demand.
Our goal is to provide a quality service in a relaxed environment
When you book an appointment with BAM HAIR, we reserve that allocated time especially for you so we can give you the care and attention needed to create beautiful dream hair you’ll love.
To help us manage our appointments fairly and keep things running smoothly, we have the following booking policy.
A $100 booking fee for colour services or $50 booking fee for a cut and blow wave is required to secure your
appointment.
Your booking fee is deducted from your final bill and is not an extra charge.
Existing clients who have rebooked will receive an automated confirmation text seven days before their appointment.
Your booking fee is due on the day you receive this text to retain your reserved appointment time.
Simply check your date and time, make payment and reply Y to confirm.
New clients are required to pay their booking fee at the time of booking.
If you choose to reschedule after your booking fee request has been sent, the booking fee is still due on that day and will be transferred to your new appointment.
Rescheduling your appointment does not extend the booking fee due date.
We understand that occasionally plans change, however repeatedly moving appointments forward creates additional administration for our small salon and can leave reserved appointment times difficult to refill.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will forfeit the booking fee.
If you do not attend your appointment, your booking fee will also be forfeited.
Gift vouchers will be charged 50 percent when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours.
