Booking Fee Policy

BAM HAIR is pretty special, we are a small local business in high demand, our salon has a limited number of appointments available.

When you book an appointment with BAM HAIR we guarantee you this allocated time to give you your dream hair.

Our goal is to provide a quality service in a relaxed environment with of course resulting you skipping out of the salon feeling fabulous with gorgeous hair! 

In order to do this we have implemented the following policy:

When booking an appointment you will be required to pay a $100 NON REFUNDABLE booking fee. 

Your booking fee is not an extra charge it is simply held on an account for you on your booking and taken off your final bill. Please be aware that the only way you would ever lose your booking fee is if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 48hrs, or do not show up for your appointment ( no shows are not cool! ) 

To ensure the return of your booking fee please advise BAM HAIR  on 0421 246 388, 48hrs prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or re-schedule otherwise you will forfeit your booking fee.

This minimum cancellation period will give our little team at BAM HAIR a fair opportunity to fill your vacated time. 

If you are using a gift voucher 50% of the voucher will be charged if the cancellation is received with less than 48hrs notice. 

For your convenience BAM HAIR do have answering services outside salon hours so you can leave a voice message/text anytime. 

Last minute cancellations have a significant impact on BAM HAIR. The booking fee policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments

 

SALON SAFE

At BAM HAIR we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.

We have made some important changes at the salon.  We ask you to consider the following before visiting:

Please do not come to the salon if you have had any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last two weeks.

Please come on time to your appointment ( not early, not late ).

 Please sanitise your hands upon arrival.
