Booking Fee Policy

BAM HAIR is pretty special, we are a small local business in high demand, our salon has a limited number of appointments available.

When you book an appointment with BAM HAIR we guarantee you this allocated time to give you your dream hair.

Our goal is to provide a quality service in a relaxed environment with of course resulting you skipping out of the salon feeling delighted with gorgeous hair! 

In order to do this we have implemented the following policy:

 A $100 booking fee for colour or $50 for cut and blow wave is required to secure your appointment. This fee is deducted from your final bill and is not an extra charge.

Existing clients who have rebooked will receive an automated confirmation text seven days before their appointment. Your booking fee is due on that day to hold your spot. Simply check your date and time, make payment, and reply Y to confirm.

New clients pay their booking fee at the time of booking.

Booking fees are only forfeited if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours or if you do not attend. Gift vouchers are charged 50 percent if cancelled within 48 hours.

We truly appreciate your understanding. Your booking fee helps our small team provide the care and attention needed f so that every client leaves happy and in love with their hair.

SALON SAFE

At BAM HAIR we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.

We have made some important changes at the salon.  We ask you to consider the following before visiting:

Please do not come to the salon if you have had any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last two weeks.

Please come on time to your appointment ( not early, not late ).

 Please sanitise your hands upon arrival.
